  1. Experiencing frequent reloading while viewing online lecture recording
This can happen if there are extreme fluctuations in your available bandwidth or if your computer has very high processor or disk load. If your internet connection speed falls below the minimum required for too long, you may experience times of slow playback or frequent rebuffering. The only wait is to wait until your internet connection speeds up. If your computer is working too hard – the CPU is overtaxed or your hard drive is constantly reading and writing data, you can reduce the load on your CPU and system by closing applications that are not related to your browser.

While Kaplan has catered for enough bandwidth on our end to support online video and audio streaming, the user end is not within Kaplan control.
