- Make sure that
you truly meet the system requirements
You
will not be able access eLearning if any one of the component
is missing. Click here
to verify your setting.
- Refresh
the screen by pressing F5 key on your keyboard
The
online lecture should now be reloaded. If this does not solve the
problem, move to step 3.
- Close the disconnected screen above. Log out of eLearning
platform completely:
 
a) Sign
out of eLearning platform and close all other browser windows
b) Log into eLearning
platform again at http://elearning.kaplan.com/kfhk. View your chosen
lecture again. If this does not solve the
problem, move to step 4.
- Clear your browser’s cache.
a) Sign
out of eLearning platform and close all other browser windows
b) Open
your browser. Depends on which browser you are using, perform one of the
following:
Firefox for PC
1.
Click the Tools
menu at the top of your browser and select Clear Private Data...
2.
Select the Cookies
and Cache
checkboxes.
3.
Click Clear Private Data
Now.
Firefox for Mac
1.
Click the Firefox
menu at the top of your browser and select Preferences...
2.
Select the Privacy
tab.
3.
Click Clear Now...
at the bottom of the dialogue box.
4.
Select the options Cache
and Cookies in
the new dialogue box.
5.
Click Clear Private Data
Now.
In Internet Explorer 6.x
1.
Click the Tools
menu at the top of your browser, and select Internet Options.
2.
Click the General
tab at the top of the dialogue box.
3.
Click Delete Files
under 'Temporary
Internet files.'
4.
Select the option 'Delete all offline content.'
5.
Click OK.
In Internet Explorer 7
1.
Click Tools
> Internet Options.
2.
Select the General
tab.
3.
Click Delete
under 'Browsing History.'
4.
Under 'Temporary Internet Files,' click Delete Files.
5.
Click Delete Cookies.
6.
Click OK.
In Safari
1.
Open the Safari
menu on your browser's toolbar.
2.
Select Empty Cache.
3.
Click Empty
in the dialogue box.
c) Log into eLearning
platform again at http://elearning.kaplan.com/kfhk. View your chosen
lecture again. If this does not solve the
problem, please report your problem to elearning.helpdesk@kaplan.com.hk.
