      Please disable your firewall during the download process. If you are using a work PC you may need to contact your IT Administrator for permission.

      Microsoft Internet Explorer Open Internet Explorer. Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options. Click on the Privacy Tab. Un-check the box next to Block pop-ups. Click OK. 

Internet Requirements

  • Broadband connection: a consistent download speed of at least 500Kbps

Network Port Requirement

  • Port 80, 443 and 1935 should be opened for outbound access on your broadband router firewall setting.
  • Under normal situation, broadband router does not control outbound port access so this should not be a problem. However, if you are trying to access from a controlled environment such as from your office network then there is a possibility that setting is blocked. Please contact your IT Administrator for permission.
  • Kaplan's Echo360 Server does not allow any type of Proxy Server pass through (only bypass one method).
  • Please confirm the following port are opened for Echo360 Server domain:
    1. http://elearning.kaplan.com.hk (218.213.74.215-216)
      port: 80 & 443
    2. http://eclass.kaplan.com.hk (218.213.74.213)
      port: 80, 443 & 1935
